Nagasaki Prefecture has issued a special warning alert as COVID19 is widespread

     

To prevent the further spread of COVID-19 in Nagasaki Prefecture, please follow points 1 and 2 until January 17th, 2021.

1.      Avoid non-essential non-urgent trips outside of Nagasaki Prefecture.

Do not eat with other people if you are in another prefecture.

2.      For those living in Nagasaki City, please stay home and limit outings to the following;

to go to a hospital or clinic

to buy necessary items such as food and clothes

    to go to work or school

    to do exercise or go for a walk

 

In addition to the above, please do the following.

1.      If you have a fever, call your regular healthcare provider.

2.      Be aware that even if you do not have the symptoms of COVID-19, you can infect other people.

3.      Avoid meeting elders if possible.

Clusters of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Nagasaki Prefecture and the number of people infected with coronavirus is increasing. It has also spread to families and work places.

To stop the spread of COVID-19, please follow the below.

1.      Try to avoid meeting people as much as possible.

The number of confirmed infection cases is increasing , particularly in Nagasaki City, Sasebo City and Iki City.

 ・Be extra careful not to get infected COVID-19 when you go out.

  Keep it short when you meet people.

2.      If you come or return to Nagasaki Prefecture from another prefecture, please be extra careful when you meet people.

1.      If possible, avoid going to prefectures where the coronavirus infection is widespread.

When you dine at a restaurant in Nagasaki Prefecture

3.      Avoid eating with a large number of people (5 or more people) other than family members.

4.      Make sure that the restaurant where you are going to eat takes strict infection prevention measures.

5.      Do not change seats once you sit at the table. Keep a reasonable distance from each other.

6.      Talk quietly.

7.      Do not share the plate with others.

8.      Always wear a mask when you are not eating.

Avoid getting infected with COVID-19 during the festival season

     

 Do not attend events and parties if you feel unwell.

Do not go crowded area and places.

Do not attend events and parties where infection measures are not taken, especially in places where people speak loudly.

When attending an event or party, make sure to clean your hands, wear a mask, keep a distance from others and not speak loudly.

Do not drink a lot on the street or at restaurants until late at night as you tend to speak loudly.

Enjoy dining at home and participating in online events. Have a good time with your family at home.

If you are unable to go back to your home country or other country due to COVIT-19 and are facing difficulty in living, you are permitted to work up to 28 hours per week.

If you wish to work, please apply to Immigration Bureau for permission to ENGAGE IN ACTIVITY OTHER THAN THAT PERMITTED UNDER THE STATUS OF RESIDENCE PREVIOUSLY GRANTED.

Nagasaki Prefecture is requesting the citizens of Nagasaki to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

For those who go outside of Nagasaki Prefecture for work or travel.

 Avoid drinking and eating at the same time in prefectures where the number of people infected with COVIT-19 is increasing.

 When returning to Nagasaki from the prefecture where COVIT-19 is widespread, please check your health condition and please follow things below.

1Do not drink if you eat with a lot of people.

2Do not drink or eat with a lot of people for a long time.

3Wear a mask when you talk.

4Do not live in a small space with many people.

5Be cautious when moving to another area.

Please be mindful of the followings during the year-end and New Year holiday season when many people move and gather.

Visit shrines and temples when they are not crowded.

When you are in a situation of drinking while eating, please make sure

1Keep a distance from each other.

We ask you, the youth of Nagasaki Prefecture, for your cooperation in stopping the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic.

 

・Any of your friends could be a carrier of the new coronavirus.

  Be cautious not to be infected with the new coronavirus when you enjoy drinking

  with your friends.

 

・Wear a facemask.

・Sanitize your hands and fingers thoroughly.

・Refrain from going to a party after a party, or a karaoke place.

・Keep 2 meters away from others.  Don’t stay close to, or facing each other when you talk.

 

・Check the state of your health at all times.  When you are in poor physical condition, stay at home and take a rest from your work.

 

・Be cautious lest you should be infected with the new coronavirus.  And act carefully not to get others exposed to the new coronavirus.
